Dwayne brings his experience as a non-profit leader, health care manager and clergy person to the role as council member. Dwayne is firm believer that the growth and health of Norristown can be made stronger by developing a strong business base with living wages jobs; programs that invite our youth to utilize their creativity and ingenuity to promote community transformation and the municipality providing efficient and easily accessible services to the community
