Adults in the Norristown area interested in earning a high school diploma or improving their mastery of English may enroll in free classes sponsored by YWCA Tri-County Area’s Education and Training Center. Adults who want to earn a high school diploma may enroll in the 12-week session, which will help them improve basic skills in math, reading, and other subjects, and prepare them to test for the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Secondary School Diploma. Classes will be offered in the mornings and evenings. English as a Second Language classes are geared toward non-native speakers of English; students will improve reading, writing, listening and speaking in English. Classes will be offered in the evenings.
